As a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, The Black Society operates for charitable purposes. Any surplus generated through the Platform is reinvested in our charitable mission and community programmes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Black Society, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and The Black Society as a result of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
